Already a regional leader in Dallas and Austin, @properties Christie’s International Real Estate is now expanding to the Fort Worth area with a plan to bring service to a discerning clientele.
The real estate brokerage announced the hiring of Michael Hoover as regional vice president on April 25. Hoover will oversee the brokerage’s efforts to hire agents, market properties, and connect buyers with their ideal luxury properties in Cowtown.
“Michael is a broker’s broker,” Jerry Mooty Jr., owner of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, said, per Candy’s Dirt. “He knows what it takes to sell just about any type of property in any market, he knows how to grow a brokerage business, and he knows the tools, training, and support that agents need to be successful — and specifically to be successful in and around Fort Worth.”
“His leadership, along with Christie’s International Real Estate’s unparalleled luxury affiliate network and best-in-class brokerage tech, will raise the bar for real estate in this market,” Mooty added.
Hoover will begin with 20 real estate agents on his team, which is expected to grow to 50 agents within the next 90 days. He is purportedly recognized as one of the region’s top agents with 30 years of experience in new-home sales and development, relocation, farm and ranch sales, and waterfront properties. Hoover transformed the brokerage Monument from a start-up to a team of 150 agents and $350 million in sales.

Director of agents Sara O’Canna and Leslie Potenzo with agent services have been tapped to help Hoover accomplish his goal of hiring and retaining top sales agents for the expanding Fort Worth operation.
“Sara is an amazing recruiter and coach and will be instrumental in building the culture here,” said Hoover. “Leslie is the quintessential agent services lead. Her experience with agents and providing them with all they need is imperative in ensuring our success here.”
The office for @properties Christies International Real Estate is located at 3100 W. 7th St. Interested buyers will find a wide range of properties, from luxury suites to expansive ranches, and agents who are well-equipped to close deals.
