9th annual Jersey City Real Estate Investment Summit takes place May 29

The 9th annual Jersey City Summit for Real Estate Investment is returning to the Hudson River waterfront May 29 at Harborside 1 with new property owners 601W Cos. as the venue partner.

This year’s event marks a change from the past two iterations. Previously held at Newport Tower, now, the summit will take over the fourth floor of Harborside 1.

The daylong affair overlooking the Manhattan Skyline will feature a full slate of panel discussions as well as networking opportunities, with over 1,250 regional leading public/private organizations attending this year’s gathering.

Harborside is in the midst of a generational transformation, with plans underway to make it the epicenter of the Hudson Waterfront and one of the region’s leading live-learn-work-play neighborhoods. It is a perfect venue for the summit, which has grown into a must-attend homecoming for top investment, development and related real estate firms.

Hear from the region’s leading city, master-planning and placemaking leaders on all of the new transformative projects, innovative collaborations, creative financing and capital markets predictions for the next 12-18 months.

Discussion topics will cover: office and the future workplace; capital markets; finance, tax and incentives; affordable housing; SciTech Scity; placemaking and arts & culture; BGO and Bank of America’s monumental Newport lease; multifamily; emerging markets; and more.
