Immigration and a better use of Mexico’s funds – Santa Cruz Sentinel

I have this great idea.

The country of Mexico is building a high-speed passenger train in the Yucatan Peninsula.

What if they postpone the building of the high-speed railroad and divert those funds into educating and training those undocumented immigrants that try to enter the United States looking for work, medical care and education?
