CBRE secures $35.25M loan for construction of build-to-rent community in Peoria

Commercial real estate firm CBRE has secured a $35.25 million construction loan for Bella Olivia, a 112-unit build-to-rent community in Peoria. Bella Olivia will be located at 9625 W.
