The Oversight Commission on Alabama Opioid Settlement Funds announced Tuesday its statewide investment plan. The Commission, chaired by Representative Rex Reynolds, R-Huntsville, and Senator Garlan Gudger, R-Cullman, held four public hearings after the 2023 Regular Session and in the 2024 Regular Session, hearing from 44 agencies and associations that provide services related to prevention, treatment
