Districts request funds for early literacy materials
LANSING, Mich. (WILX) – More than 550 districts across Michigan applied for funds for research-based early literacy materials. According to the Michigan Department of Education, each will receive a share of an $87 million dollar appropriation. The release says that out of Michigan’s 877 eligible local education agencies and intermediate school districts, 561 of them
