Investment management company First Pacific Advisors recently released its “FPA Queens Road Small Cap Value Fund” first quarter 2024 investor letter. A copy of the same can be downloaded here. In the first quarter, the fund returned 3.36% compared to a 2.90% return for the Russell 2000 Value Index. Small value and small quality have outperformed over
