SPOKANE — Spokane City Council passed an ordinance Monday banning virtual currency kiosks to protect people from cryptocurrency scams. The Spokane City Council unanimously approved the “Virtual Currency Kiosk Prohibition for a Safer Spokane” ordinance, which eliminates virtual currency kiosks within city limits.
