The Whitefish Bay Woman’s Club property, which has been previously considered for an apartment development, has been sold to a developer.
The property, located at 600 E. Henry Clay St. in Whitefish Bay was sold on Oct. 17 for $1.5 million to ICAP Development, according to state records.
The lot is 28,464 square feet in size, according to the deed.
The village has not received any proposed plans for the property, Whitefish Bay Village Manager Paul Boening said. The next submittal deadline for such plans is on Oct. 31. The village will not have any official renderings or specific plans until the developer submits them for architectural review.
ICAP Development representatives appeared before the Board of Appeals on Sept. 13 to request a few variances for a proposed apartment building. Jerad Protaskey and Brian Adamson explained the request for the apartment building and said they are taking into consideration the neighborhood when designing the development.
ICAP Development has not immediately responded to requests for more information.
