The leader of a St. Augustine-based automotive group bought the Southside Kia property in Jacksonville’s Arlington Regency area as the dealership prepares to move to a new site this spring.
MJAX Realty Management LLC bought the 3.43-acre property March 25 at 9401 Atlantic Blvd. for $3.75 million. The site is east of Southside Boulevard and across from Regency Park Shopping Center and near Regency Square Mall.
Enterprise Bank & Trust of San Diego issued a $3.885 million mortgage for the deal March 20.
MJAX Realty Management is led by RLA Investment Holdings LLC, whose authorized member is Eric Khazravan of St. Augustine. Khazravan signed the mortgage.
Among other roles, Khazravan is the general manager of Ultimate Motor Cars at 4644 U.S. 1 N. of St. Augustine, the address filed for him with RLA Investment Holdings LLC.
The UltimateMotorCars.com site says it sells and finances high-quality pre-owned luxury vehicles in St. Augustine. State corporate records show Khazravan filed Ultimate Motor Cars LLC with the state in March 2016.
Southside Kia plans to move to 11750 Abess Blvd. in the Atlantic North development at northwest Kernan and Atlantic boulevards.
MJAX Realty Management bought the Regency area property from Jacksonville SS Automotive Management LLC, affiliated with Tampa-based Morgan Automotive Group, whose statewide holdings include Southside Kia, Kia of Orange Park and Nissan of Orange Park.
Morgan Automotive is completing a larger Kia dealership in Atlantic North at northwest Atlantic and Kernan boulevards.
The SouthsideKia.com site says the dealership is holding a moving sale this spring. An associate said March 30 the move will be in a month or two.
That project comprises a two-story, 61,030-square-foot sales and service facility dealership and the 3,650-square-foot car wash and detailing building on 6.56 acres at 11750 Abess Blvd.

After approving site clearing in December 2023, the city issued two permits Feb. 16, 2024, for Morgan Construction Management Services LLC of Tampa to build a dealership and car wash-detailing building for Southside Kia at the East Arlington site at a combined project cost of $12.5 million.
Jacksonville-based Sleiman Enterprises is the property owner. It intends to lease the land to Jacksonville SS Automotive Management LLC, led by Morgan Automotive Group Chairman Larry C. Morgan.
Through Morgan Automotive, SS Automotive owned the Southside Kia site at 9401 Atlantic Blvd.
Property records show it comprises an 8,690-square-foot sales showroom and 6,612-square-foot service garage built in 1982. A dealership car wash was added in 2021.
SS Automotive bought that property in 2017 from JBM Leasing LLC of South Carolina. The site was Coggin Honda as of the mid-1980s and then Coggin Kia and Southside Kia.
Coggin Honda Jacksonville moved to 11003 Atlantic Blvd. That dealership was built in 2001.
