City to conduct property appraisals in advance of East-West Corridor project | News


A commercial real estate services firm will be conducting appraisals of seven properties near downtown Cleveland as the city gears up for the future East-West Crosstown Corridor project.

On Monday, the Cleveland City Council approved allocating $21,400 to Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, LLC to conduct appraisals for the following properties: 140 Harle Ave. NW, 437 Inman St. W, 501 Inman St. W, 23 Third St. SW, 333 Broad St. SW, 300 Broad St. SW and 850 Wildwood Ave. SW.
