Former New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick‘s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, has touched down on a sizable property portfolio worth $8 million in the 18 months or so since the two, who share a 49-year age differential, started dating, Realtor.com reports.

Hudson, a 24-year-old daughter of a fisherman, purchased three multifamily properties and a single-family home in the greater Boston area at the end of 2023, according to documents reviewed by Realtor.com. Although the buildings were purchased in separate LLCs, Hudson was named as the borrower for each investment.

Don’t Miss:

One of the properties is a $2.2 million Dorchester townhouse, for which Hudson took out a $1.2 million mortgage in December 2023, the Daily Mail first reported. That dwelling has been converted into three separate apartments. According to Realtor.com, one of the units is available to rent for $5,000 a month. The home is a classic frame Victorian-era townhome with covered porch balconies and on-street parking.

Hudson also took out a mortgage on another building for a similar price on the same day as she secured financing for the first. The building was purchased for $2.3 million, and Hudon’s mortgage was for $1.2 million. According to listing information, the second home, located in Dorchester’s “vibrant Polish Triangle” neighborhood, is also a three—unit property, with each apartment containing four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The third property is pricier, costing $3 million and closing in December in Boston’s Roxbury Crossing neighborhood. It is also a three-unit dwelling, generating $17,675 a month according to listing information.

Hudson purchased a smaller home, a single cottage residence, in Harwich, Massachusetts, for $610,000 in October 2023. Belichick, who is now the head football coach at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, was still coaching the Patriots when Hudson purchased her investment properties.

CBS Sports reported that Belichick made at least $200 million during his 24 seasons with the Patriots, where he won six Super Bowls. He was listed as the highest-paid coach in the NFL in 2023, the season in which he ended his lengthy tenure with the team. He was hired as the head coach for the North Carolina Tar Heels in 2024 in a $50 million deal worth $10 million for five years, not including performance bonuses.
