Intellect Design Arena Ltd has announced a major contract with a leading South African bank to implement its eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform across nine countries.
The shares of the company were trading at ₹1,185.50, down by ₹8.60 or 0.72 per cent on the NSE today at 2:50 pm.
The platform will be deployed as a single instance from South Africa, serving the bank’s operations across six countries via cloud infrastructure and three countries through on-premise installations to meet local data residency requirements. The system will handle both corporate and retail banking customers.
According to the company, the eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform will enable the bank to deliver personalised customer experiences across multiple channels and integrate with core banking systems and third-party applications. The platform includes over 750 front-end journeys and 520 open APIs, designed to accelerate digital banking services and reduce customer onboarding time.
Rajesh Saxena, CEO of Intellect Consumer Banking, said the engagement demonstrates the platform’s capabilities for multi-country banking implementations. He stated the solution will enhance the bank’s digital initiatives across multiple regions.
Intellect Design Arena operates in 57 countries and serves over 325 customers globally. The company specialises in banking and insurance technology through four business lines: Global Consumer Banking, Global Transaction Banking, IntellectAI, and Digital Technology for Commerce.
