CANASTOTA, N.Y. — Assistance is now available for residents in Madison, Oneida and Otsego counties affected by the June 22 storms.
Homeowners can apply for U.S. Small Business Administration low-interest disaster loans to help with recovery.
The storms on June 22 left thousands without power, and there were many areas that experienced flooding.
An EF-1 tornado tore through Clark Mills in the early morning hours of June 22. Three people died as a result of that storm.
