A busy plaza in central Connecticut has sold for $2.7 million, according to O,R&L Commercial.
The Country Plaza in Cheshire, a 2-story, 26,000 square foot property, located on 1111 South Main St, was purchased by Kisco Funding Group, according to O,R&L Commercial.
“Toby Brimberg, Vice President of O,R&L Commercial in Branford, CT represented the seller, Country Plaza, LLC and also procured the buyer, Kisco Funding Group,” according to the business. “The property transferred for $2,700,000.”
The property sits on 2.07 acres of “Cheshire’s busy commercial corridor on Route 10,” according to O,R&L Commercial. “The property benefits from strong visibility and approximately 260 feet of frontage and has ample parking for both tenants and clients.”
